Yes as male cousins they talked about it but after both of them came out and decided to change they knew they were ment for ach other and seeing as the hole family disowned them both except for grandma she secretly gave the girls money and access to her OBGYN and shrink so the two could transition for free, but she was not going to tell any of her children or their wives. After the girls were done Grandma invited her daughter-in-laws to meet her new maids but it turned out they were the son's now daughters. the 5 woman broke down and cried and had a great day. not only did they get daughters but they got a couple who loved themselfs
