The Daughter of Invention

A Walk In The Park

Always fashionably late with news, I've now been informed that Google have reversed their content policy decision, thanks to Viola and Emory Ahlberg for the information.  So no need to panic, just retain a permanent low level of anxiety.

As I've started a couple of Tumblrs, I'll still be maintaining them, just in case.  So new content will still be posted here on Blogger but also at:

I'm also reblogging all of the content previously published on this site, one caption an hour, every hour, at:

Open Invitation

Just clarifying that if you want to continue follow me on Blogger after 23rd March I'll need your email address to invite you as this blog will probably be reset to Private.  Blog content will be freely available on Tumblr as an alternative.

Just When I Thought I Was In, They Keep Taking Me Out Again

As many of you may be aware Google recently changed their policies regarding displaying sexually explicit content on its Blogger platform.  From 23rd of March all blogs containing pornographic content will be inaccessible without an invitation from the blog owner, now new explicit content will be allowed and the blogs and their content won't be included in Google searches.

Obviously this will severely access to the blogs for current and new readers especially those who would prefer to remain anonymous and casual browsers.  In the light of this news I will be posting my new content on Tumblr and am in the process of transferring my old captions there also.

I think I've managed to overlook virtually all of the anniversaries for this blog's creation and so it was last week that I passed five years of blogging, unremarked.  That's been the case for this year also and last week the blog went through its fifth anniversary, but it doesn't look like it will be getting to it's sixth.

I'll be keeping the current content on Blogger, unless it gets deleted by Google, so if you'd like an invitation to this blog let me know at

New content can be found on Tumblr and you can follow me there or just pop in to view if you don't want to set up a Tumblr account.
